In 2015 Wins was chosen as the outsourcing EDI partner, hence managing the whole digital communication workflow.

Commercial documents dematerialization and the management of EDI standard format flows are strategic processes started several years ago in order to optimize sensitive procedures related to the order cycle: products, orders, delivery notes, invoices and any other data are automated, reducing human intervention and consequently decreasing operative costs, intervention delays and human-compiling mistakes.

The Italian brand went for a complete outsourcing of the flow management, leaving Wins in charge of working with every commercial partner, converting documents in a proper format and proceeding to the upload and download of every flow in Edifact format. The aforementioned documents are simple text files (.txt) which follow a strict protocol, in order to ensure data accuracy and the highest security level. Once integrated with the company management software, administration only has to check the information veracity.
